Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using WorkNirman you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your organization. Owners control who is invited and which role each member holds.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Trials convert only when you choose a plan. Taxes are charged as applicable.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into WorkNirman. We process it only to provide the service. If a subscription lapses, the account becomes read-only; data is not deleted without notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations’ data, or interfere with its operation.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect.
