4. Sharing
With processors needed to run the service (hosting, storage, email, payment gateway), under contract and only for that purpose.

Data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards, unless the law requires longer.

Encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access and audit logs. Access by our staff to your data requires your approval.
