1. Free trial
Every organization can evaluate WorkNirman on a free trial before paying anything.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
4. Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
